Obituary of Theresa Smith

November 16, 1964 – February 5, 2024 It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Marie Smith (SLC) who passed away February 5, 2024 at the age of 59. Born November 16, 1964 to Lawrence Smith and Patricia Paddock. Beloved mother to her son, Parker Belew, significant other, Michael Belew and mother Patricia Smith, many nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles survive her. We would like to thank all the heroes in the medical field for their care, and emotional support. Mental illness is a thankless disease. Funeral services will be at St. Ann Catholic Church on 5th East and 21st South on Friday, February 9, 2024. Visitation at 12pm noon, Rosary at 12:30pm and Funeral Mass at 1pm. A luncheon will follow immediately after the services in St. Ann’s cafeteria.
