Obituary of William Leary

William "Will" Leary, 51, of Cedar Valley, Utah, passed away June 23, 2023. Will was born November 4, 1971, in Santa Barbara, California. At age 2, together with his parents, moved to Santa Paula, California where he lived until 2000 when he relocated to Utah for a fresh start. Will was preceded in death by his dad, Corey Leary. He is survived by his daughters, Calissa Leary and Nikelle Leary, his partner/ mother of his daughters, Shiloh Hojara, and step children, Becca (Azzy) Pierce, Levi Hojara, Caelynne Hojara, Korina Hojara, Luke Hojara, and Lincoln Hojara. He is also survived by his mom, Donna Leary, and sister, Danielle Leary (Charles Santos) of California. Will had a love for fishing stemming from his childhood, and spending time outdoors with his family brought him great joy. He had a passion for cooking, particularly when using his grill and smoker, and even named his prized Traeger "Sir Will Smokes-A-Lot". Will was a connoisseur of hot sauce and seasonings and acquired a vast collection, all the while proclaiming that if food is cooked right it doesn't need sauce. Will absolutely adored being a dad and was the biggest push-over, especially when it came to his little girls. He was very proud to pass on many of his various skills, talents, and hobbies to his children. Will overcame many life struggles, unfortunately this time was too difficult and Will took his own life.
