1946 ~ 2022 Our loving husband, father and grandfather passed away on October 11, 2022. Marty was born on March 15, 1946 in Ashland, OH to Luther W. Nuetzel and Dorothy L. Wade Nuetzel. Marty met the love of his life Wendy Blazek Nuetzel under a Christmas tree while he was attending Case Institute of Technology. They have been married 53 years. They have 3 sons, David, Timothy, and Mark, and 5 grandchildren, Jonah, Annalie, Faith, Olivia and Dembe. Marty received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Institute of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University. He has worked at various fortune 500 companies as a Facility Engineer who was responsible for installing major plant equipment. Family was Marty's greatest treasure. He loved sharing his experiences with his sons. He enjoyed camping and the outdoors. He has been in all 50 states. Marty was an Eagle Scout and helped his three sons become Eagle Scouts. Marty and Wendy moved to West Valley City to be closer to grandchildren in 2013 when Wendy retired. A celebration of life will be held with family and friends at a later time.
