Obituary
Obituary of Samuel Laurntz Peterson
Please share a memory of Samuel to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
“You’re my favorite.”
Master of logic and hero of the underdog, Sam is well known for his over-the-top friendly greetings, a warm twinkle in his eye and his uncanny ability to see the good in everyone he met.
Always an advocate, if Sam heard about injustice or saw someone being treated unfairly he would - without fail - be the first to stand up for what he knew to be right. It was so easy to know the right thing to do when you were around Sam - right and wrong were so clear to him and he would always speak up for what he knew to be fair. Sam will live on for many years in the memories of everyone who was lucky enough to know him.
Samuel Laurntz Peterson was born on April 17, 1974. He served his country in the 82nd airborne division from ages 18-22 and is the second son of John Gerald and Lucy Ann Peterson. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Peterson, his father, John; his sister, Dawn Inga and his three brothers John Gerald II, Steven Eric and Dean James. Sam is father to three amazing humans, Naethaniel Laurntz, Nina Evelann and Niki Amanda.
