Ann and I both shared paternal grandparents. My earliest memory of her is when she visited the Calderwood family town of Hebburn, UK with her parents around 1953. She moved to USA and I lost contact with her until 1990s. I met her again on two of her visits to UK. We kept in touch and each Christmas we sent each other greeting cards with a letter bringing ourselves up to date with our families.
