Julie Dawn Larson Hickenlooper “Chad’s Pink Munchkin”
May 26, 1974 - September 19, 2020
Passed away peacefully Saturday night in her father’s arms surrounded by family and loved ones.
She was born May 26th, 1974 to her loving parents Dale and Linda Boston Larson in Sandy, UT.
She touched so many people with her loving, spunky and free spirited personality. She was always willing to help anyone that was in need of anything, be it money, a ride, a meal or a roof over their head.
She was full of life, always dancing, singing and entertaining, she could pull out a four course meal on a whim. She was a bubbly force of nature who loved the outdoors and knocking around her four brothers. A natural Warrior.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Kay and Maggie Willis, Earnest Allen Boston, Lucy Bertina Jensen and her cousin Grant Spendlove, and Chad’s grandparents Wayne and Ovella Shaw.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 26 years, Chad Wayne, they were married on December 19, 1993. Their two beautiful children Kayton Wayne “Kitty”, Maxine Rose “Chickadee” and James Jay Roberts that they raised from the age of 8. Her parents Dale and Linda Larson and four brothers Rick (Jessica), Corey (Melissa), Allen (Teresa), Kyler (Brandy) and many aunts and uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews. Along with the spouse’s family with Chad’s parents Jay and Natalie Hickenlooper. With the siblings of Dirk (Jen), Jayna, Zane (Honey), Neal, And Crystal (Kirt). And all of the many people that she loved and was a mother, daughter, and sister to.
We had a gathering of life with all of her friends and family the day she passed away.
Poem Written by her son Kayton Hickenlooper
My hero
My little might
The one in my life who will always fight
A fight for what is right
A warrior who will defend
She will stand up for who needs it most
And most is what she will do
For everyone
Anyone
It doesn't really matter
For she is
And will always be
The hostess with the mostess
She is a mother
A daughter
A cousin
Niece
Aunt
And sister
The strongest women
That I have ever met
And everyday
I thank her
For she is my rock
My shelter
My comforted cloud
But most of all my hero
Forever and always
My mama she will be
Heaven was needing a Hero:
