Obituary of Clifford Brent Harker

On Oct. 6, 2018, an Amazing Dad, Husband, Grandpa and Friend passed away.  Clifford Brent Harker was born April 7, 1935 to Clifford Bruce and Helen Boley Harker in Taylorsville UT.  After high school, Brent served in the Forest Service, served in the US Army and later attended Utah State University studying Landscape Architecture.  Brent founded Utah Landscape & Construction Co. which he proudly ran for over 40 years.  He also was the owner of The Hub at Flaming Gorge for almost 20 years.

Dad had a zest for life!  He love the outdoors and was an avid hunter and  fisherman, and loved hunting and fishing with his family.  Dad loved his garden and sharing the fruits of his labor with his family and friends.  Above all, Dad loved spending time at his home at Flaming Gorge after retirement. 

Brent is survived by his wife Allen “Z” Harker, son Cameron Harker (Ann), and daughters Haley Monson, and Angie Harker Crowther (Robert), twelve grandkids and nine great grandkids.  He is proceeded in death by his parents and sister Ruth Elaine Hale.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate Brent’s life will be held on Nov. 3rd at 12:00 p.m. at The Wheeler Farm Barn.
