Born June 13, 1945 & passed away on May 2, 2018. He is survived by his two siblings George (Ivy) & Peggy (Glen). He was preceded in death by parents George & Katherine, brother Leo & sisters Kathy & Dorene. He leaves behind his 6 children Jerry Jr., Lori (Danny), Juli (Mike), Sherry (Chris), Angie, & Robin (Corey). A Celebration of Life will be held on Sat. May 5, 2018 @ Oasis Vineyard Church 1750 W Carriage Square (4160 S), Salt Lake City, UT 84129 @ 3:00 PM.
