West Valley City, Utah-Louise Baker, 70, passed away due to dementia after a long and happy life on Wednesday, September 7th, 2016. Louise is survived by a sister, Helen McCarty; three loving daughters: Shalisa Baker-Lovato and family, Tamra Kelley-Crosby and family and Stephanie Baker.
